Do we get the original hi-resolution images?
Answer: Yes, all original digital
files, and proof prints are yours to keep.
Question: Do you accept Credit
Cards?
Answer: Yes, we accept Visa,
Mastercard and Discover Card

Do you shoot film or digital?
Answer: I've been shooting 100%
digital for over 5 years.
Question:
Do you post our photos online for so our guests can
see and order prints?
Answer: Yes, your photos will be
posted online for at least 6 months.
Question:
When is the deposit due?
Answer: The retainer is due when
you sign the service agreement and we reserve your wedding
date into our schedule. We do not “pencil-in”
dates without a deposit.
Question:
When is the balance due for your services?
Answer: The remaining balance is
due when you come into the office to pick up your photos
4 weeks after the wedding. If proofs and original files/negatives
are to be mailed, remaining balance due prior to mailing.
Question:
Can we contact your previous clients to ask about their
experience with you?
Answer: Absolutely. Please contact
us and we would be glad to provide you with references.
We however do not post their contact information on
our website.
Question:
How many pictures do you take?
Answer: Every wedding is different
but I normally shoot well over 1,000 frames per wedding.
Question:
You take a lot of pictures but don't print them all,
what do you do with the out-takes?
Answer: We will provide all the
out-takes to you on disk.
Question:
How long after the wedding will we get to see our photographs?
Answer: Typically, your prints
will be ready within 4 weeks.

What size will our proof prints be?
Answer: Proofs are 4x6
Question:
What if the wedding is postponed or called off for some
reason; will we get our deposit back?
Answer: I reserve the time and
date agreed upon and will not make other reservations
for that time and date. For this reason, all deposits
are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding
cancelled for any reason with exception for military
clients when cancellation is due to military deployment.

*If engagement session has already been completed prior
to cancellation, cost of session will be deducted from
any refund amount.
Question:
If our wedding is outdoors and it rains, will we you
still be able to take photographs or will be get a refund?
Answer: Short of standing in the
rain with our equipment, we will make every effort and
will be very creative to get great shots. We check weather
conditions prior to the wedding day and have alternate
plans in case of poor conditions. There will be no “rain-checks”
or refunds due to poor weather conditions.
Question:
Do you include custom albums in your packages?
Answer: You can choose to include
an album into your package or you can order one anytime
after the wedding, even years later. However, you will
save money if you include an album in your package at
the time of booking.
